Day-of Wedding Coordination........ $800.00  (50% - 1st payment to reserve your date)

We have over 20 years of project management experience. Let us help take the stress out off coordinating and managing your special day. We create the day-off timeline, contact all vendors to confirm the schedule, We attend your rehearsal and create timelines for the ceremony and reception. Oh and did we mention our Photo Booth is included? 

Our Package Includes All This:  Get All This: 

  • Consultation - 30 to 60 minute via zoom (in person if available)

  • Create the Day-of Checklist

  • Create the contact list for wedding party, family, and any other VIPs

  • Document and maintain the contact list for vendors

  • Confirm that all vendors understand the Day-of schedule.

  • Gather any compliance documents such as Certificates of Insurance from Vendors.

  • Document and confirm all vendor arrival times, set-up times, and start/end times. 

  • Ensure all decor and aesthetic match the documented theme.

  • We document what you expect certain things to look like and ensure that they are taken care on the day-of. 

    • Table setting and center pieces

    • Entrance decor

    • Favor Tables/Bars

    • Wall and floor coverings, lighting, etc.

    • Chair and table set-up (Ceremony and Reception)

    • Cake table set-up

  • Create Day-of timelines

  • Ceremony timeline

  • Reception timeline

  • FREE photo booth included (subject to availability)

  • Rehearsal dinner attendance

  • 10 Hours of attendance on day-of event.

  • Ensure the wedding party understands the event timelines

  • Ensure the wedding party stays on schedule

  • Ensure Emcee for the event is aware of the schedule

  • Ensure DJ is aware of the song list for event schedule

  • Facilitate the execution of the Day-of schedule/plan.
